LTS was delighted to be part of the expert consulting team on the transformation of the East End in Newcastle, the project comprising 3 stages of redevelopment across 3 city blocks in Newcastle. Stage 1, is now complete and includes a mixed-use development with 3 new residential towers totalling 207 apartments and ground-floor retail tenancies, together with the conversion of the heritage David Jones building into a QT Hotel. It’s incredibly rewarding to see this vibrant new village come to life on the sandy shores of Newcastle.

Lining the shores of Darling Harbour, “The Ribbon” is a truly breathtaking redevelopment of the former IMAX theatre site. Its transformation includes a 25 storey hotel boasting 450 guestrooms, serviced apartments and a new IMAX theatre.   LTS formed part of the expert consulting team providing the land titling solution that would enable the successful integration of the multiple proposed building uses. 

Originally 45 stories, the redevelopment of the Quay Quarter Tower, would include an extension and reconfiguration of the northern face of the building, an increase to 50 levels, together with new retail and public spaces at ground level. LTS, as part of the expert consulting team, would provide the existing building detail survey for design, Stratum Subdivision of the site to match redeveloped interface areas with the adjoining AMP tower, creation of Easements and NLA surveys for 48 levels of office space.
